Andrew Maguire

Andrew Maguire is an experienced software developer with a robust background in software engineering and development processes. Currently, Andrew serves as a Perl Developer at Catalyst IT Limited, working on the Electoral Services project. Prior to this role, Andrew spent 15 years at GE Energy (Smallworld) as a Lead Software Engineer, where key contributions included developing and maintaining tool chains for the Smallworld product suite and implementing Continuous Integration and Deployment processes. Earlier in Andrew's career, a position as a Software Engineer at Siemens PLM Software (Parasolid) involved supporting build and testing processes across multiple operating systems. Andrew holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics (Meteorology) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics, both from The University of Sheffield.
