Ann Hester

Ann Hester is an experienced eLearning Manager at Catalyst since October 2014, overseeing the delivery of online learning tools such as Moodle and Totara to clients. In previous roles at Catalyst, Ann served as Head of Quality Assurance and Team Leader PMO, managing a QA team and focusing on team development and budget management. Ann also worked as a Test Manager at Westpac New Zealand Limited, managing testing streams for the New Internet Banking project and electronic statement delivery. Prior experience includes a Test Consultant role at Planit Test Management Solutions and a Lead Test Analyst position at Bank of New Zealand, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with testing methodologies and leading testing efforts for credit and debit card projects. Education was completed at Kapiti College.
