Jessica Taylor-Hall

Director, Corporate Engagement at Catalyst

As a Director in Catalyst’s EMEA office, Jessica Taylor-Hall manages Catalyst’s relationships with its Supporters in EMEA region. As such, she aids these organizations to build strategic partnerships that encourage more diverse, inclusive, and flexible workplaces that support and foster the advancement of women.

Before joining Catalyst, Jessica worked in insurance and banking, namely as a Relationship Manager and then as a Financial Planner at Credit Suisse and Raiffeisen. She also spent time volunteering, serving as President for the Jamaica Association in Switzerland and helping to raise funds to support early childhood education in Jamaica.

Jessica received her BSc in International Hospitality Management from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland and completed the “Leading the Future of Work” Executive Education Program with MIT Sloan.

Living in Switzerland, Jessica has dual nationality from Switzerland and Jamaica. She speaks French, English and (Swiss) German fluently and can converse in Spanish and Italian. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys playing tennis and handball, having a Jamaican games day with family and friends and reading a good novel.
