Ichinkhorloo Baasanjav is a Project Officer for the MERIT project in Sukhbaatar province at Catalyste+, responsible for enhancing public service delivery and collaboration among civil servants. Experience includes a role as a Specialist at the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, contributing to a project aimed at managing soil pollution through improved sanitation, and a consultancy position focusing on training needs assessment for youth sector employees. Prior positions include Program Officer and Short Term Consultant at The Asia Foundation, and administrative roles in various NGOs, with an emphasis on good governance and women's empowerment. Ichinkhorloo holds an MA in International Relations from Webster Leiden Campus and a BA in English from St. Catherine University.
