Mark Black has an extensive career in corporate development and process improvement. Currently serving as Senior VP of Corporate Development at Charlotte Pipe and Foundry since March 1995, Mark Black oversees global HR issues, safety initiatives, complexity reduction, and various process improvement activities. Mark Black also contributes to the community as a volunteer director on the Board of Directors at The Employers Association since April 2008 and previously held the position of President at Charlotte Soccer Club from 2005 to 2007. Early in the career, Mark Black worked as a Process Improvement Consultant at QualPro from March 1991 to February 1995. Mark Black holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Statistics from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, earned between 1977 and 1981.
