As the founder of Catapult Studio since February 2022, Campbell specializes in assisting start-up and scale-up businesses in achieving significant growth and visibility. Currently serving as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at Sunfish Advisory, Campbell provides marketing support to SMEs through a fully outsourced virtual team. Additionally, Campbell holds roles as Fractional CMO and Chief Commercial Officer at VerseOne Group, focusing on digital transformation for the NHS and Social Housing sectors. Previous leadership positions include CEO of Founder + Lightning, where significant growth was achieved, and strategic roles in notable companies such as Six Degrees Group and Charterhouse Voice & Data. An advisory board member for Self Help Africa, Campbell is dedicated to supporting development initiatives in Africa.
