Jim Callahan has a strong background in business development and technical support. Jim started their career at the New England Patriots as a Video Intern, where they assisted with the storage and organization of game video and supported coaches and scouts with special projects and research. Jim then worked at the Miami Dolphins & Sun Life Stadium as a Video Assistant, managing the game film library and filming/editing games and practices for the coaches. At XOS Digital, they held the roles of Technical Support Representative/Hockey Support Lead, Senior Technical Support Representative, and Technical Account Manager, where they specialized in creating/editing game analysis reports and communicated technical details to various departments. Currently, they work at Catapult as a Business Development Manager.
Jim Callahan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication and Culture from Clark University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
