Catapult
Josh Richards has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Josh started their career as a Sessional Teaching at the University of Ballarat in 2012. Later, they worked at LABOSPORT as a Laboratory and International Field Engineer before transitioning to the role of Manager Goal Line Technology and Consultant Engineer. In 2017, they joined Catapult as a Product Support Engineer and eventually became an Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Catapult.
Josh Richards attended Nagle College from 2001 to 2007, where they completed a High School degree with a focus on Physics. Josh then went on to attend the University of Ballarat from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science degree with a specialization in Biomechanics. During this time, Josh also achieved a Bachelor of Applied Science Honours degree (1st class) in Biomechanics at the University of Ballarat from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Josh obtained certifications as a FIFA Accredited Field Test Engineer in March 2015, and as a FIFA accredited Goal Line Technology Team Lead Engineer in January 2014.
