Alexa Rivadeneira

Alexa Rivadeneira is an experienced professional currently serving as a Member Expert at Twill, where the focus is on facilitating hiring through peer recommendations. Previously, Rivadeneira held several leadership roles at Catchafire, including Senior Vice President of Customer Success & Implementation, overseeing a 11-person team and managing various aspects of customer relationships. Rivadeneira's journey at Catchafire included building the first implementation team, managing partner onboarding for enterprise clients, and enhancing customer service for over 11,000 users.
