Nick Leake

Nick Leake is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in government and educational settings. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Nick is responsible for designing agency websites and ensuring compliance with the 21st Century IDEA Act. As an Adjunct Instructor at the Maryland Institute College of Art, Nick teaches graduate students user experience design. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at 10Pearls, where Nick led research and design initiatives for diverse clients, and Senior Product Manager at USCIS, where Nick launched modernized refugee case management systems. Nick's career also encompasses positions at Knight Point Systems, Booz Allen Hamilton, Mobomo, and Gannett, highlighting a strong background in human-centered design and project management. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.
