Currently serving as an Event Chef at Catering by Design and Denver Mixers & Morsels since late 2021, Max previously held roles such as Culinary Manager at Rosenberg's Bagels & Delicatessen and Director of Operations at Florida Avenue Hospitality. With a strong background that includes oversight of kitchen tasks, inventory management, and event production coordination, Max has honed skills through positions at various establishments, including Ghee Indian Kitchen and Michael's Genuine Food and Drink. Max holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design/Technology from Emerson College, emphasizing lighting, which complements a diverse culinary career.
