Brad Collier

Brad Collier is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Senior Category Procurement Manager at Caterpillar Inc. since November 2011, Brad manages a $300 million spend for machined products and has held various managerial roles overseeing significant portfolios related to turbochargers, engine gears, and specialty machining. Prior to Caterpillar, Brad worked at Boeing, where responsibilities included leading purchasing teams for critical actuation systems and machine parts, achieving substantial improvements in supplier performance and quality. Brad began their career as a Store Manager with Sherwin Williams, where financial performance was effectively managed. Brad holds an MBA from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Truman State University.
