Joseph Pingley

Joseph Pingley currently serves as the Procurement Strategy Lead at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities include leading a cross-functional working group to establish corporate governance and processes for supplier management related to E+ES components valued at $1.6 billion. Prior to this role, Joseph Pingley held various positions within the United States Air Force, including Deputy Group Commander, where oversight involved the combat readiness and deployment of 150 personnel, as well as developing procurement strategies for combat equipment. Additional roles included Squadron Commander and Tactical Communications Officer - Inspector General, Director of Operations, focusing on mission readiness and budget management for extensive training programs. Joseph Pingley recently participated in the Caterpillar Corporate Fellowship through Hiring Our Heroes. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Webster University and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
