Norris Boothe

Norris Boothe is a legal expert with significant experience in litigation and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel for Litigation at Caterpillar Inc. from September 2022 to January 2025, Norris is responsible for managing contract disputes, patent litigation, and providing litigation counsel on strategic business decisions. Prior to this role, Norris worked at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from May 2013 to April 2022, focusing on technology and business litigation, including notable patent and trade secret cases.
