Peter Lin

Peter Lin is an experienced banking professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Learning & Development Officer at Cathay Bank since March 2014, where responsibilities include designing training materials, conducting training sessions, and leading initiatives to enhance employee competencies. Peter has successfully managed the Bank’s Relationship Banker Certification Program, delivering training to over 600 employees, and spearheaded multiple digital conversion training projects. Previous roles include Sales & Service Officer and Sale & Service Support Officer, where Peter developed customer experience programs, trained staff on relationship-based sales, and originated significant mortgage loan volumes.
