Randy Dahlhauser is a highly experienced plant manager with a strong background in industrial operations, having held leadership positions at multiple companies, including Cathcart Rail, Transco Railway Products Inc., Feed Energy Company, and Tex Trail since 2018. Prior to these roles, Randy served as a lead operator at ICM Inc. and Pratt Energy LLC, and began a career as a packaging technician at TAMKO. Randy's expertise is complemented by military experience as a Military Policeman in the US Army. Randy holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Central Texas College.

The company currently operates the largest railcar services network, encompassing 18 repair facilities and over 75 field services locations, as well as a rail services division that operates three shortline railroads and a dozen contract switching and transloading sites, among other services such as railcar storage, track maintenance, and railcar parts. Cathcart Rail was founded in February 2016 by the father and son team of Thomas Cathcart and Casey Cathcart, and currently employs nearly 1,000 people across 110+ locations in 33 states.
