Peter Spink

Peter Spink serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis since February 2015, providing HR leadership and strategic direction to support the organization's mission of addressing poverty and advocacy. Previous experience includes roles at FSI International as Global HR Director, where leadership focused on creating a flexible staffing model, and at U.S. Bank, where Peter held several positions, including Vice President of HR for Payment Systems, where management of a team supported 3,000 employees throughout various business lines. Early career experiences include HR consultancy for NCS Pearson and generalist support at BF Goodrich. Peter holds an MBA in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a BA in Economics from Macalester College.
