Prior to this role, Ajla held various positions at Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc., including Director and Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting, as well as Consultant for FP&A and Operations Analytics from February 2021 to August 2023. Experience also includes work as a Project-Based Analyst/Consultant in FP&A at Humana from 2010 to 2017, and as Manager of Financial Analysis at SeniorBridge from December 2009 to August 2010. Earlier career highlights include holding the titles of Acting Group Finance Director, Group Finance Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst at DaVita Inc. between 2004 and 2009, and serving as a Senior Associate and Associate at Deloitte from 2001 to 2004. Ajla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a focus on International Area Studies and a minor in Spanish Linguistics from UCLA.
