Shir is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition for Cato Networks in Israel, a position they have held since January 2023. Earlier in their career, they worked at Adorika as an HR & Recruitment Specialist from March 2015 to April 2016 and at Log-On Software as a Recruitment Team Leader from April 2014 to March 2015 and as a Recruiter from August 2012 to April 2014. Throughout their career, Shir has developed expertise in sourcing candidates, leading recruitment processes, and utilizing various social media platforms for headhunting.
From 2010 to 2013, Shir Aga attended The College of Management Academic Studies, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and Management.
