Michael Bernhard is a seasoned professional with significant experience in leadership and engineering roles. As Group CEO and Co-Founder of catworkx AG in Switzerland since January 2018, Michael has been instrumental in establishing the company. In addition to this, Michael operates as a self-employed entrepreneur at smartwork.click since July 2016. Previous positions include Support Manager and Lead Engineer at Cimpress from March 2014 to May 2017, as well as R&D Engineer roles at Rieter from November 2007 to January 2014, and Schaltag AG in 2002-2004. Michael holds a CAS in Change & Innovation Management from the University of St.Gallen and a Diplom in Mechatronics from Zürcher Hochschule Winterthur ZHW.
