Michael Eicks

Michael Eicks has extensive experience in training and documentation, currently serving as an Atlassian Guild Coach and Teamlead for Training and Documentation at catworkx since December 2015. Eicks manages the training department, ensuring quality assurance, planning, and developing training offerings while also creating training content and video documentation. Prior to this role, Eicks worked as an Instructional Designer at SUSE Linux GmbH from November 2000 to October 2015, focusing on creating training materials, managing projects, and conducting courses. Additionally, Eicks held a position as a Commercial Clerk at Kaufring AG from July 1993 to October 1995, handling purchasing and sales tasks. Eicks holds a Diploma in Psychology from the University of Regensburg and completed an apprenticeship in Wholesale and Foreign Trade at Kaufring AG.
