Mark Griffith

Mark Griffith is an experienced professional in procurement and commercial management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement & Commercial at Caudwell since September 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Commercial Director at Stelling Properties Limited, focusing on integrated property development with an emphasis on off-site modular construction. Mark has also worked as Account Commercial Director at Blue Sky Building, where responsibilities included leading the PegasusLife client account. Mark's extensive career at Lendlease spanned over two decades, where positions included Head of Construction for The International Quarter, Stratford, and leadership roles in procurement, business development, and commercial management. Mark graduated from The University of Manchester in 1994 with a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying.
