Laura Hayne

Laura Hayne is an experienced professional currently serving as a People Graduate at AFL - Australian Football League. With a strong background in education and coaching, Laura has been a Sports Coach for the inter girls rowing squad at Caulfield Grammar School since November 2020, focusing on developing student athletes. Previous roles include a People and Growth intern at anzuk Education and a Student Advocacy and Support Advisor at Monash University, where analytical and empathetic skills were utilized to assist students at risk of expulsion. Additional experience includes positions as an Online Sales Assistant at White and Co and a Personal Assistant at Swanbourne House. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies with a focus on International Relations from Monash University and the University of Florida.
