Sandra Bernard

Sandra Bernard is a skilled professional with extensive experience in food safety and culinary education. Currently serving as a Food Technology Trainer at Caulfield Grammar School, Sandra teaches food safety practices to year 9 students and collaborates with the Food Studies Teacher. As the owner and manager of Chateau Cuisine since 2010, Sandra specializes in Regional French cookery classes. Previous roles include Food Safety Manager at Beaconhills College, Chef Manager at Mentone Girls' Grammar School, and Canteen Manager at Kilbreda College, where Sandra focused on food safety and quality.
