Angela Burton Ramirez, CP-FS, PCQI, is an experienced Food Safety and Quality Assurance professional currently serving as the Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at CAVA since April 2022. Angela develops and implements global food safety strategies while providing corporate guidance for risk assessment and resolution. Previously, Angela managed the Food Safety Program at Red Robin, overseeing 330+ locations in the Eastern US. Other roles include Regional Safety and Sanitation Manager at Levy Restaurants and District Manager at Steritech, where Angela directed hiring processes and compliance assessments. Angela holds multiple degrees and certifications related to food safety and management, including a Master of Science initiated at Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology from Marlboro College.
