Currently serving as Sr EC to the CoFounder/CEO and CFO at CAVA since February 2024, Hope previously worked as an Executive Business Partner to the CoFounder/CEO at Grove Collaborative from November 2019 to August 2023. Earlier career experience includes a position as Sr Executive Assistant to the President/Managing Partner at Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. from March 2011 to July 2018. Hope T. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University.

In 2018, we welcomed the Zoës Kitchen team to ours. Together, we’re 8,000 team members strong with 90+ CAVA restaurants and more than 250 Zoës locations, as well as our line of dips + spreads available in Whole Foods Markets across the country.
