Jared Schenkel is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Ops Integration at CAVA since July 2024, Jared previously held significant roles at Shake Shack from July 2016 to June 2024, including Director of Ops Systems & Financials and Area Director, overseeing growth and management across the Boston area. Prior positions include General Manager and Multi Unit Manager at Red Lobster, as well as Culinary Manager at Darden Restaurants. Jared started their career as a Manager at Panera Bread, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware, earned in 2007.
