Declan Kerr has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Declan is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead for CAVU. Previously, they worked at Vodafone as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where they led recruitment for technology functions and utilized sourcing tools to target market-leading talent. Before that, they were a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nintex, where they managed end-to-end recruitment for a high-growth tech scale-up. Declan also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Skout Solutions, where they led recruitment for technical and senior roles. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Telstra, managing recruitment for the Early Careers program. Declan also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel and as a Camp Counselor at Camp Manitou for Boys.
Declan Kerr holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Leeds Beckett University.
