Prior to that, Jen worked as the International Customer Service Manager at Looking4.com and began career development at Travel Parking Group as a Customer Service Associate. Earlier roles included Conference & Groups Coordinator at Jurys Inn Hotel Group and Travel Advisor at Co-operative Travel, demonstrating a diverse skill set in customer relations and operational management. Jen holds A Level qualifications in Tourism and English from Tavistock College.
