Shahela Sajanlal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as SVP of Product Strategy & Operations at Cayaba Care since May 2025 and as a Founding Member at Glue Club since September 2023, Shahela previously held significant roles at RubiconMD from May 2016 to March 2025, including Head of RubiconMD and Sr. Vice President of Operations. Earlier experience includes positions at Blueprint Health LLC as a Summer Associate, Facebook as Team Lead in Safety, Acumen Fund in Business Development, and Google in People Operations. Shahela holds a Master of Public Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and dual degrees, a Master's in Commerce and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Business/Management, from Osmania University.
