Jack Baart

Jack Baart is an experienced application support engineer currently working at Privalgo since July 2024. Concurrently, Jack has served as a senior product support specialist at Cazoo from March 2022, where responsibilities included tracking and analyzing support work metrics to identify internal process issues and guiding product development through collaboration with senior managers. Prior experience includes a role as a client liaison associate at Fidelity International from January 2021 to February 2022, where Jack managed financial advisors and developed extensive domain knowledge. Additionally, Jack has worked as a researcher at Green House Think Tank and as a research assistant at the World Wildlife Fund. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Newcastle University, completed in 2019.
