James Outlaw possesses extensive experience in electrical engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer at CB Engineers since February 2001, James has also held the role of Senior Electrical Designer. Prior to this, James worked as a Project Engineer at Simplex Grinnell from March 1997 to February 2001, focusing on designing fire alarm systems for various types of buildings. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, obtained between 1972 and 1977, and a High School Diploma from Ateneo de San Pablo, completed between 1966 and 1972.
