Misty Spencer

Misty Spencer is the President of Aviation Manual Solutions, LLC, a position held since May 2005, where responsibilities include providing Conformity Inspections, MEL's, and Repair Station Manuals to various operators, ensuring compliance with government regulations. Misty also serves as the Quality Control Manager at SKYSHARE since June 2021. Earlier experience includes the role of Conformity Manager at Mountain Aviation from October 2018 to December 2020, managing aircraft onboarding processes, and previous positions as Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Administrative Assistant at Mountain Aviation, where regulatory compliance was a focus. Misty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 2010 and 2017.
