CBCL Limited opened an office in Halifax in 1955 and, since that time, has developed into the largest employee owned multidiscipline engineering firms in Atlantic Canada. Company Description: CBCL Limited was established as a partnership in 1952 under the name Canadian British Engineering Consultants. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia since 1955, the firm has developed into one of the largest multi-discipline engineering firms in Atlantic Canada.
