Ariane Gasse, CHRP, currently serves as a Senior Specialist in Organizational Development and Talent Management at CBC/Radio-Canada since January 2016, where the focus is on celebrating Canadian culture and supporting democratic life through diverse content. Previously, Ariane worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at Nurun from February 2011 to January 2015, developing tools for talent management across a global network. Additional experience includes roles as an Analyst & Consultant at Gagné Leclerc Council Group, Research Assistant for the Assemblée permanente des chambres de métiers, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Équipe Spectra, with earlier experience as a Recruiter at Adecco. Ariane holds a Master’s Degree in Change Management from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM).
