Currently serving as a Professor in the Educational Leadership Doctoral Program at Arkansas State University since December 2022, Donna also holds positions as a Dissertation Chair and Committee Member at Saint Leo University, guiding doctoral candidates through their dissertation processes, and as an Adjunct Professor at CBD College, instructing on career management for healthcare professionals. Donna's extensive teaching experience includes roles at the University of Maryland University College, Pacific Oaks College, and various adult education programs, emphasizing communication skills, workforce development, and curriculum design. With a solid academic foundation that includes a Master's in Adult Education from Florida International University and a Bachelor's in Speech and Communication from San Francisco State University, Donna has demonstrated a commitment to mentoring students and enhancing educational outcomes.
