Joanne Petch

Joanne Petch is an experienced professional in organizational development and culture, currently serving as the Head of Culture & Capability at CBH Group since January 2020, with prior roles including Manager and Principal within the same field. Previously, Joanne worked at Activ Foundation as an Organizational Development Specialist, partnering with HR to implement a new online performance management system for a major disability support provider. Joanne's background at Western Power includes roles as an Organizational Development Specialist, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and other positions focused on workforce planning and graduate programs. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with Honours from Curtin University and a Diploma in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing from the Langley Group Institute.
