Arianna Ehmer

Arianna Ehmer, MBA, is currently a Board Member at Engage! Cleveland since July 2023 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Accounting & Tax Services at CBIZ since June 2018. In this role, Arianna also holds the position of National Senior Director of Operations, supporting the Financial Services segment with approximately $1 billion in annual revenue, alongside a role in National Financial Planning & Analysis for the same segment, which accounts for around $650 million in revenue. Since September 2019, Arianna has been part of the Advisory Board for Project NICU, a non-profit organization focused on providing peer support to families in the NICU community. Previous experience includes roles in global financial planning and analysis with Endeavor and as a staff accountant at IMG, as well as a premium auditor at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. Arianna's early career includes various positions within the athletics department at The University of Akron, where Arianna also earned a Master of Business Administration degree.
