Ariyasinghe S.G.S has a breadth of experience, starting in 2007 as a Quality Assurance Executive at Shaa-Cola Beverage (Pvt) Ltd. They then moved on to Beira Group, where they worked as a Management Trainee, Production Executive, and Assistant Production Manager at Beira Brush (Pvt.) Ltd. In 2012, they joined CBL Group and held various roles, including Assistant Production Manager, Production Manager, Factory Manager, GM Operations, GM Operations & New Projects, and Director Operations at various subsidiaries within the group. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the Food Cluster at CBL Group.
Ariyasinghe S.G.S began their education at Anuradhapura Central College from 1997 to 1999. They then attended Rajarata University of Sri Lanka from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BSc.) degree in Chemistry/Physics. In 2012 to 2013, Ariyasinghe pursued an Advanced Diploma in Manufacturing Management at the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka). The following year, they completed a Diploma in Quality Management at the Sri Lanka Standard Institute in 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Ariyasinghe studied at the University of Colombo, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, they earned two certifications: Certified Food Extrusion Technologies from Texas A&M University in March 2019, and Advance Production System from AOTS-Japan in May 2015.
