Chamila Senarathne has a vast experience in Human Resources, holding various managerial positions in several prestigious companies such as CBL Group, Hirdaramani Group, MAS Holdings, and Unilever Sri Lanka. Chamila obtained a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Ananda College Colombo 10 and a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Colombo. Additionally, Chamila has a PGDLRHRM in Human Resource Management and a National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
