Currently serving as Senior Manager HR at Rocell Bathware Ltd since July 2022, Ajith previously worked as a Visiting Academic at the Open University of Sri Lanka from June 2018 to May 2022 and as a Business Consultant and Trainer at 360 TED Consulting during the same period. With a passion for HR consultation and training young entrepreneurs and employees, Ajith specializes in enhancing people management knowledge and skills, helping individuals and organizations achieve their corporate objectives effectively and efficiently.
