Charles Sereebutra

Charles Sereebutra has extensive legal experience primarily in the real estate sector, currently serving as Assistant Legal Counsel at CBL Properties since March 2021. Prior to this role, Sereebutra worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Federal Realty Investment Trust from December 2020 to March 2021 and held the position of Assistant Legal Counsel at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. for over two decades, from January 1998 to December 2020. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, an MBA in Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
