Richard Wright

Richard Wright has extensive experience in property management, serving as General Manager at CBL Properties since June 2022 and previously at Hendon Properties from September 2014 to June 2022. Wright managed the RiverGate Mall during that tenure. Additionally, experience includes a role as Community Association Manager at Ghertner & Company and as Senior Property Manager at H. G. Hill Realty Co, where oversight included a portfolio of over 2.1 million square feet across various property types. Prior to these roles, Wright was Vice President and Project Supervisor at The Mullin Company. Wright holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in Insurance from the University of Alabama, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Wright completed secondary education at Montgomery Bell Academy.
