Nick Dutton

Nick Dutton currently serves as Chief Regulatory Officer for Europe at Cboe Global Markets, a position held since October 2019. Prior to this role, Dutton was Head of Compliance at Bats Global Markets, Inc. from June 2012 to October 2019, and worked as Compliance and Operations Manager at Ronin Trading UK LLP from November 2010 to June 2012. Dutton's career also includes a tenure as Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2008 to October 2010 and Vice President at Nomura International PLC from January 2007 to January 2008, where responsibilities included serving as Fixed Income Compliance Officer. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager of Regulatory Strategy at the London Stock Exchange PLC from 1997 to 2007. Dutton earned a degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1992 to 1997.
