Billy Neikam

Billy Neikam is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and real estate coordination. Currently serving as a Real Estate Manager at CBRE since April 2024, Billy previously held the position of Property Manager at Simone Development Companies for eight months. Prior to that, a Property Manager role at Related Companies included oversight of 10 Hudson Yards and an Assistant Property Manager role at 30 Hudson Yards. Other notable experiences include Assistant Property Manager positions at RXR Realty and CBRE, as well as a Real Estate Recruitment Consultant role at The Goodkind Group, LLC. Billy began a career in finance as a Financial Specialist in PNC's ACCEL Development Program after obtaining a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
