Giri Sripati

Giri Sripati is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in driving Agile transformations and managing large-scale technology delivery initiatives. Currently serving as Sr. Director at CBRE since November 2018, Giri oversees significant projects and improves organizational efficiency. Previously, from October 2009 to July 2018, Giri held the position of Sr. Technology Director at Bank of America, successfully managing budgets of 20-40 million dollars and leading the transition of a 500+ workforce to an Agile (SAFe) operating model. Earlier in the career, as Director of Technology Delivery at Ernst & Young/Capgemini from 1997 to 2009, Giri established a comprehensive two-year, 25 million dollar program for electricity deregulation in Texas, which included major upgrades and enhancements. Giri holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
