Irene Flotman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Irene started their career at Rabobank in 1996, where they worked as a credit analyst and business lawyer until 2000. Irene then moved to Baan Company in 2000, where they served as an employee benefits professional for a year. In 2001, Irene joined Rietmeijer & Partners B.V. as a director, a role they held for almost a decade until 2010. Following this, they became the Managing Director of CBRE Advisory Netherlands at CBRE Nederland, a position they have held since October 2010. In 2021, Irene became a non-executive board member at Breikers and in 2023 they took on the role of Voorzitter Vakgroep NVM Business - Niet Uitvoerend Bestuurslid Algemeen Bestuur NVM at NVM.
