Diann Hsueh has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Diann started their career at Urdang Capital Management as an Analyst from June 2005 to July 2007, after which they were promoted to Associate and worked for the company until March 2010.
In 2010, Diann joined CBRE Global Investors as an Associate in the Acquisitions/Dispositions team. Diann was later promoted to Senior Associate in the same department, working from March 2012 to February 2014. Subsequently, they took on the role of Director in Acquisitions from March 2014 to January 2016.
Diann's career progression continued at CBRE Global Investors as they became the Senior Director and Deputy Portfolio Manager of Strategic Partners U.S. in February 2016. In February 2021, they were further promoted to the role of Managing Director and Deputy Portfolio Manager, a position they currently hold.
Diann Hsueh completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Real Estate and Public Policy from The Wharton School. Diann graduated with honors and achieved the academic distinction of cum laude.
