Jennifer Ginzberg has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Jennifer started their career as an Assurance Associate Financial Services at PwC in 2005. In 2006, they joined Morgan Stanley as an Associate, where they worked until 2009. In the same year, Jennifer joined CBRE Investment Management as a Senior Fund Accountant and later progressed to the role of Fund Accounting Manager in 2010. From 2013 to 2014, they served as an Assistant Controller and then as a Fund Controller at CBRE U.S. Core Partners from 2014 to 2016. Jennifer's most recent role at CBRE Investment Management is the Americas Head of Financial Operations, where they began in 2021 as a Managing Director.
Jennifer Ginzberg received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Jennifer attended the University from 1997 to 2001, focusing on the field of study in Decision and Information Sciences, and minoring in Economics. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Accounting degree from the Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business in 2004.
