Ray Ortiz has extensive experience in the field of broadcast production, currently serving as the Director of Remote Production for CBS News & Special Events since May 2013. Previously, Ray held various roles at CBS This Morning, including Senior Production Manager and Production Manager. Prior to joining CBS, Ray spent nearly a decade at MSNBC, where responsibilities included Technical Production Manager, Audio Engineer/Mixer, and Camera Operator/Audio Assist. Ray Ortiz earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from William Paterson University of New Jersey between 1998 and 2002.
